Questions

What counts as a user?

Anyone with their own login. The base plan includes 1 Owner · 1 Manager · 1 Worker; every other user — any role, Admins included — is $12/month. An empty slot doesn’t carry over to another role.

What happens after the trial?

Before your 14 days are up we’ll contact you to set up your subscription. Nothing is charged until you agree to it.

Can I change my team later?

Yes. Add or remove people whenever you like; your bill follows your team.

What if I stop paying?

Your workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted, and you can still export everything.

Can I get my data out?

Any time: every report and list exports to CSV, and your records export as JSON.

How does Gemma’s allowance work?

Every plan includes the Starter allowance, and Settings shows a usage meter and when it resets. For more, upgrade to Pro or Max, connect your own AI provider (billed by them), or turn Gemma off.

Which languages does Facetz speak?

11 languages, user manual included: English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Hindi, Thai, Filipino, and Vietnamese.

Can you help me move off spreadsheets?

Hand Gemma your Excel, CSV or Google Sheets files and it imports them while you watch — and we’ll help during your trial.
