Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial — cancel before it ends and you are never charged.

After the trial, charges are non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of billing error. Contact hello@facetz.app and we will make it right.

Refund requests are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
